Sharon transformed our day, after a highly recommended tour operator on Tripadvisor took a substantial deposit from us following a booking we made from London only to let us down on the day by sending a Taxi Driver who does tours. Not what we had asked or paid for and within 2 minutes it was clear we needed to insist on a professional Tour Guide. It was not good weather but Sharon was bubbly and informative and gave us a really lovely time. She was an absolute gem who went above and beyond what was required, took us to every possible sight in and around Dunedin and stayed with us longer than required to allow us to finish with a tour of Olveston House, which we also highly recommend. Sharon told us that she had agreed with the other operator to take us around the city sights as she felt it would be unfair for us to take away a very negative view of Dunedin and its people.
